We are Bramber Class! Our class teacher is Mrs Bathurst and cover teacher is Mr Bacon. We also have Mrs Brooker for intervention support.
Our PE day is Monday.
Homework enables the children to practise new skills, carry out independent research and learning, consolidate and learn spellings and multiplication tables.
Homework tasks will be set on Thursday, and will be due the following Tuesday.
- Arithmetic consolidating tasks
- TTRS on-line
- Spellings - Spelling Shed
In addition (and very importantly):
- Daily reading, preferably with an adult (following a reading pathway in back of reading record). Take a look at the 100 books to try and read list on the school website.
Weekly 20 mins Time Tables Rockstars, in helping develop the children's mental arithmetic skills
If you have any queries, concerns or want to arrange a time to come in please feel free to contact Mrs Bathurst by emailing email@example.com or through the school office. Alternatively, you can send messages via the Dojo platform.
Bramber class made their Greek clay pots last Friday afternoon based on their own designs. They look forward to decorating them soon.
Bramber Class - Ditich the Dirt
Bramber have been doing a STEM challenge: Ditch the dirt. We made water filters that could be used in Kenya, and worked out the cost of them in Kenyan shillings, converting them to pounds. We also researched how some contaminants such as salt can be extracted from water.
